What can I do if I don't recognize a transaction or if there is an unauthorized transaction on my account?

Contact STCU so that we can help you identify the transaction, or if it is fraudulent, block your card and help you with the dispute process.

    • Call STCU during regular business hours at (509) 326-1954 or (800) 858-3750; or

 

    • After-Hours for STCU Debit Cards: (800) 858-3750; International (909) 941-1398

 

    • After-Hours for STCU Credit Cards: 855-341-4650; International 515-457-5547

To dispute a transaction, you must notify STCU within 60 days of the statement date.
